    Misty Marvel offers sizes based on highest demand. Our size selections range from S(0) - L(8). Please use the size chart as a general guide to help you select the correct size for you. Our collections varies with items from various brands, therefore, sizing may change slightly according to a specific brand. Shoe sizes are offered in whole and half sizes. International customers are advised to use the US size guide as it is our most accurate sizes.     If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you may return it for an exchange or refund*(minus shipping cost). * In order to receive a full refund (minus the shipping cost) or exchange for your order, you MUST ship back all returnable item(s) to us within 15 business days from the day that you received your items.

     

    FINAL SALE ITEMS :

    All SALE SECTION items, accessories, intimates, swimsuits and bodysuits are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. All final sale products that are returned will not be processed and are subject to a re-ship fee. Items purchased using discount codes are FINAL.

    **The cost of retuning the item(s) to us for an exchange or refund is your responsibility. Misty Marvel provides a pre-paid shipping label for returns and exchanges solely due to damaged or wrong items shipped by us. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns/exchanges for items that were purchased in the wrong size, color, or did not meet your satisfaction

    • Returns must be received in new condition; unused, unworn, unwashed with the hygienic liner intact (where applicable). Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.
    • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

    Once we received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Original shipping charges are non refundable. We will only refund full amount for the cost of the item(s). Please note that your banking institution may take several days to process and post this transaction to your account (typically 3-5 business days). We'll send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

    Misty Marvel provides a pre-paid shipping label for returns and exchanges due to damaged or wrong items shipped by us. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns/exchanges for items that were purchased in the wrong size, color, or did not meet your satisfaction.  

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Refund does not include shipping costs. Items may be returned within 15 business days once received by customer. We do not accept items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered. Shoes may not have any sign of use in order to be returned/exchanged. All sale items are final sale and may not be exchanged/returned.

    We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Misty Marvel is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.

     

    Refused or Undeliverable Packages

    Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to a $7 return shipping fee and 15% restocking fee. Want to reship a refused or undeliverable package? The new shipping cost will depend on which shipping method you choose. 

     

    International Returns

    1. Return the item(s) using an insured postal carrier.
    2. When your return is received and processed, we'll email you a refund notification.

    You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Misty Marvel is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.

    Damaged and Incorrect Items:

    If you find an item to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact a Customer Service representative before returning your item so that we may assist you accordingly. Damaged items will need to be reported within 5 days of delivery. Photos will be required for any report of damage.

    Following credit authorization and verification, you will receive your order within 7-14 business days. If priority shipping is chosen, you will receive your order within 5-7 business days. This is an estimate. This does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier and tracking options.  

    hawaii, alaska, po boxes, apo/fpo & u.s. territories

    We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO?FPO or U.S. territories. Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority Mail Service.

     *USPS First Class Airmail does not include tracking information. If you wish to track your package, please select USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail. USPS Express Mail requires a signature upon delivery.

     

    Duties & Taxes

    Upon arrival, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. Misty Marvel is in no way responsible for possible costs. Base tax fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. It may vary according to the country your package was shipped to.

    You are responsible for any duties/taxes. Misty Marvel cannot control the extra charges upon the delivery of your package. 

    If you choose to not accept shipping from Misty Marvel due to possible duties/taxes, you are held responsible for the cost of returning the package back to us. Once package arrives, you will be refunded, the return fee will be deducted from your refund. Should the extra return costs exceed the total refund amount of your merchandise, you will not be refunded.

     

    Currency Conversion

    All prices listed on Misty Marvel are US dollars. The currency conversion will depend on the bank that has issued your credit card. 

     

    Terms & Policies

    When placing an order with Misty Marvel, you agree to be held responsible for all shipping costs and any extra costs upon international arrival. If you choose to return or decline your package, you are also held responsible for the shipping costs back to us.
