Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you may return it for an exchange or refund*(minus shipping cost). * In order to receive a full refund (minus the shipping cost) or exchange for your order, you MUST ship back all returnable item(s) to us within 15 business days from the day that you received your items.

 **All on sale items, accessories, intimates, swimsuits and body suits are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. All final sale products that are returned will not be processed and are subject to a re-ship fee. Items purchased using discount codes are FINAL.

**The cost of retuning the item(s) to us for an exchange or refund is your responsibility. Misty Marvel provides a pre-paid shipping label for returns and exchanges solely due to damaged or wrong items shipped by us. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns/exchanges for items that were purchased in the wrong size, color, or did not meet your satisfaction

  • Returns must be received in new condition; unused, unworn, unwashed with the hygienic liner intact (where applicable). Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or in the form of online credit. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

Once we received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Original shipping charges are non refundable. We will only refund full amount for the cost of the item(s). Please note that your banking institution may take several days to process and post this transaction to your account (typically 3-5 business days). We'll send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Misty Marvel provides a pre-paid shipping label for returns and exchanges due to damaged or wrong items shipped by us. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returns/exchanges for items that were purchased in the wrong size, color, or did not meet your satisfaction.  

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Refund does not include shipping costs. Items may be returned within 15 business days once received by customer. We do not accept items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered. Shoes may not have any sign of use in order to be returned/exchanged. All sale items are final sale and may not be exchanged/returned.

We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Misty Marvel is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.

 

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to a $7 return shipping fee and 15% restocking fee. Want to reship a refused or undeliverable package? The new shipping cost will depend on which shipping method you choose. 

 

International Returns

  1. Return the item(s) using an insured postal carrier.
  2. When your return is received and processed, we'll email you a refund notification.
